Scope
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to be the powerhouse behind our marketing efforts at Dominus Hospitality, whilst collaborating with industry leading brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop the Dominus Hospitality annual marketing strategy aligned to the company’s commercial goals
• Work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Teams to maximize exposure and increase digital direct business.
• Work closely with the Commercial team on new openings and acquisitions.
• Manage hotel marketing activities (full marketing mix), ensuring all activity has clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with members of the hotel management & commercial team to identify marketing opportunities & priorities.
• Manage SEO and Paid Media spend to drive Food & Beverage sales across the portfolio.
• Write and manage tailored content for hotel social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging presence aligned to hotel strategy and goals.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing efforts
• Expertise in agency management, i.e. working closely with digital, creative, PR and other third-party agencies to ensure deliverables meet the objectives.
• Lead on B2C marketing initiatives by leveraging hotels’ data-base and customer insights.
• Work with each hotel team to ensure they are supported with marketing collaterals, brochures, newsletters, presentations, leaflets, signages and other content needs.
• Coordinate the procurement of promotional collaterals and printed materials.
• Support the Dominus Hotel team with the administration of all marketing spend, tracking, reporting, supplier liaison, and PO administration.
Skills and Experience
• 3 years + experience within a Marketing role in hospitality, with evidence of delivering successful campaigns, partnerships and strategies.
• Writing, editing, copywriting and proof-reading skills.
• Organised and methodical, able to multitask, plan and prioritise work accordingly and under pressure.
• Knowledge of relevant technology (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress).
• Articulate and thorough, showing attention to detail.
• Demonstrates excellent inter-personal skills and develops relationships based on mutual respect and professionalism.
• Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
• Creative thinker with a proactive and innovative approach.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Energetic, passionate, flexible, and driven with a desire to achieve outstanding results.
