Overview
An exciting opportunity to work alongside the Head of People & Culture and support the daily administrative and HR duties for Metro Production Group.
Duties
• Assist with the recruitment process; post adverts, vetting candidates, managing the recruitment portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc), setting up interviews setting up interviews
• Assist with onboarding process
• Support all internal and external HR related inquires or requests
• Compiling and maintaining digital and electronic employee records such as holiday, sickness, etc.
• Assisting with processing weekly and monthly payroll
• Supporting HR – related training programs & workshops, especially Kallidus training portal
• Support the H&S function
• Entering employee data into computer database
• Coordinating induction for new hires
• Managing sensitive and confidential information
• Any ad-hoc administration as required
• Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
Future Prospects:
As... MPG is part of the WPP network, there is a possibility of being referred to other WPP companies upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
