About This Opportunity
We provide membership-based advice to executives in Finance, Global Business Services (GBS), HR, Procurement and IT to solve the issues they face in transforming their function and improving performance through our Executive Advisory practice.
A Senior Director, HR Executive Advisory, Europe is responsible for providing expert guidance to HR Transformation leaders in member organizations, developing new business, managing existing client relationships and lead development of compelling insight that make our members long-term clients.
Practice Leadership - Lead the HR Executive Advisory, Europe practice with accountability for program performance and team development
Business Development - Responsible for developing new business and client retention in collaboration with sales and account management.
Develop Thought-Leadership - Provide thought-leadership, working within the global HR Executive Advisory practice, support creation of novel research insight and client tools, deliver engaging oral and written presentations
Provide Expert Guidance - Be a trusted advisor, able to coach HR Transformation leaders and their direct reports on key issues related to organisation design, best practice adoption, scorecard development and performance improvement.
Community Building - Support the development and maintenance of a network of clients to exchange best practices in membership events. Host in in-person and virtual member events.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR or equivalent experience
• 15+ years' experience in HR, in an industry role and/ or consulting, leading HR transformation,. Deep understanding of HR best practices, including talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, performance management, and change management.
• Have insight into how HR operates, use that knowledge to assess client issues, propose effective solutions
• Have expertise in market and industry trends and the ability to create commercial strategies for business growth
• A proven track record in selling executive advisory subscription or consulting services with multinational companies
• Ability to develop a long-term trusted advisor relationship with clients
• Able to effectively influence and develop a thought-provoking research agenda and client toolset
• Able to (co-)create and present thought-provoking research and use Hackett research to influence client decision-making
• Be curious about market trends and developments, able to analyse (statistical) information and distil into compelling insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate in a virtual team within a global, diverse organisation
• Able to travel on occasion
• Fluent in English
• Other European language(s) German and/ or French desirable
