Wise May are looking for a Database Administrator to join this busy and extremely friendly Membership organisation in the heart of the City.
Working within an administration team that offers support to all departments of the organisation.
Duties include:
• Generate high quality reports and dashboards
• Utilise Dynamics 365 to analyse data and identify trends
• Perform regular data cleansing to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information
• Troubleshoot and resolve any CRM-related issues
• Provide training and support to team members on how to use Dynamics 365 effectively
• Take ownership of managing AV requirements for large meetings that you have coordinated and arranged
• Provide member engagement reports to colleagues and regularly cleanse our Dynamics 365 database to support the business need in keeping our data as up to date as possible
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships through a network of internal and external contacts to facilitate the exchange of... information and help the team promote the influence of the company
• Support the Business Services team in covering reception duties from time to time as required.
• Update content on the company website when requested.
Skills and Experience required:
• Experience in a previous Senior Administration position
- CRM experience - ideally Dynamics 365
• Generate CRM reports and dashboards
• Proficient in Microsoft packages
• Extremely helpful and flexible
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing high levels of Administration
