Job Descrption
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 1st Line Support engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Respond to incoming service requests and inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to 2nd Line Support or relevant technical teams when necessary.
• Ensure client satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and ensuring that clients' IT systems are functioning as expected.
• Assist with basic network and system administration tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to stay updated on the latest technology and industry trends.
Requirements:
• At... least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and basic network administration.
