We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Research Department in the Dubai office.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct recorded video interviews with quality leads, existing clients, and high-net-worth individuals from the GCC 
• Make follow-up calls to update people on progress
• Communicate effectively to understand motivations behind trading and craft product suggestions 
• Provide information about the Capital.com platform and about financial markets to leads
• Increase the number of verified clients and depositors
• Promote Capital.com brand

What we expect:

• Fluent in Hindu/Urdu and English
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to work shifts on rotation (morning & afternoon)

Would be a plus:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
• Team player
• Previous sales experience
• Financial market knowledge/trading experience is advantageous.
