As a User Acquisition Specialist, you will cooperate closely with such departments as Marketing Analytics, Creative, Content and Product.

Responsibilities:

• Manage significant digital marketing budgets across paid search
• Help define strategy within the specified channels and areas of responsibility
• Onboarding and testing of new acquisition channels across mobile and web
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable reporting on performance marketing activities to senior management and other stakeholders
• Contribute into optimisation of conversion funnel to drive better ROI
• Work closely with creative teams with a test and learn approach to help drive creative excellence
• Manage relationships with partners

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in performance digital marketing / user acquisition 
• High level of expertise and proficiency in Google Ads (web Search and/or mobile UAC)
• Be highly data driven and be able to work autonomously to high level goals
• In-depth knowledge of attribution models across mobile and web
• Have very strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
