As a User Acquisition Specialist, you will cooperate closely with such departments as Marketing Analytics, Creative, Content and Product.

Responsibilities:

• Manage significant digital marketing budgets across Paid Search on Google and Microsoft
• Help define strategy within the specified channel and areas of responsibility
• Onboarding and testing of new acquisition channels across web and mobile
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable reporting on performance marketing activities to senior management and other stakeholders
• Contribute into optimisation of conversion funnel to drive better ROI
• Work closely with creative teams with a test and learn approach to help drive creative excellence
• Manage relationships with partners

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Paid Search
• High level of expertise and proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Be highly data driven and be able to work autonomously to high level goals
• Good working knowledge of Firebase and Appsflyer
• In-depth knowledge of attribution models across mobile and web
• Understanding of web tracking and what makes a good landing page
• Have very strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
