🌳Job Title: Senior Insight Data Analyst (x4)🌳

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (based on experience) + Bonus + Benefits

Areti Group is hiring four Senior Insight Data Analysts to work with a Series A funded startup that is transforming the way enterprise clients utilize data strategies. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape data solutions, deliver data-driven insights, and help global clients make better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Lead consultative meetings and workshops with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and design tailored data solutions.
• Dashboarding Projects: Manage full lifecycle of dashboarding projects for enterprise clients, including:
• ETL Pipelines: Build ETL pipelines using tools like Fivetran or custom Python solutions.
• Data Models: Design models typically using BigQuery or Snowflake.
• BI Dashboards: Build and maintain... dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to provide actionable insights.
• Adoption: Monitor dashboard usage and conduct sessions to drive adoption among stakeholders.
• Data Migration: Lead complex data migration projects, ensuring timely delivery within tight deadlines for platform migrations. Expertise in Python for process automation is essential.
• Sales & Marketing Dashboards: Design dashboards to track marketing and sales funnels, unify data from multiple channels, and create custom multi-touch attribution models in SQL.
• Continuous Support: Ensure ETL pipelines and dashboards are maintained and optimized, based on user feedback.

Desired Experience:
• Power BI Expertise: Advanced experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Knowledge of Power BI Embedded is a plus.
• SQL Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages is highly preferred.
• Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with Azure services and cloud computing.
• SaaS Product Knowledge: Understanding of SaaS product lifecycles and metrics.
• Strong Communication: Ability to clearly present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Basic Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 (based on experience)
