We are working with a leading law firm in London who are seeking an IT Analyst to join their team on a permanent and hybrid-working basis.

Within this role, you will work collaboratively within a busy team to provide 2nd Line IT Support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving firm.

Duties will be varied, and you will attend to tasks such as:
• Acknowledging any new IT requests and responding to the issue promptly.
• Analysing IT matters and working to locate the cause of the problem.
• Using your initiative to resolve issues and propose solutions.
• Taking responsibility for ensuring staff IT training is completed.
• Adding accounts for any new staff.
• Keeping track of equipment stock.

What skills will you need? For this role, you’ll need to possess strong experience within a 2nd Line Support position. An IT qualification would also be great, although this might not be essential if you have very good experience. Additionally, you must possess experience in a large... range of computer software.
