As they embark on an exciting digital transformation, they're looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring they remain a market leader in the luxury travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• 🧑💻 Be the face of the technical team, clearly communicating complex requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• 🤝 Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• 👨💻 Work closely with Software Engineers and QA Engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
• 🔧 Lead the implementation and ongoing support of CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot).
• 🛠️ Provide troubleshooting and support for CRM-related issues to ensure smooth... day-to-day operations.
Experience Required:
• ✔️ Strong understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• 🛠️ Hands-on experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
• 💻 Familiarity with SQL databases and their use in business analysis.
• 🔍 Proven ability to manage and support CRM implementations.
