Russell Taylor Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for a full-time Air-Conditioning Engineer for Commercial Maintenance works covering North London, Essex and Herts.

The candidate is to have a minimum of 5 years experience in AC maintenance (not looking for an installation engineer). Ideally with experience working on Daikin & Mitsi Splits, Daikin and Mitsi VRVVRF systems, AHUs, Airedale Denco Downflow Units in Comms Rooms. Main duties are PPM Maintenance, Service, Reactive, Repairs to quoted works (not system unit replacements) etc.

Maintenance, repairs and service of the following items
• Air conditioning
• Asset collection and database improvement
• General plantroom housekeeping
• Minor installation (preferred but not essential)
• Ensure that appropriate risk and contingency management procedures are in place, and are being followed.
• Carry out fault finding on items of equipment covered by contract
• Carry out on-site installation of new equipment on site
• Update any... on site database for tasks carried out.
• Provides technical support to the parts order/store/issue facility for the contract.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance contracts.
• NVQ L3 in Air Conditioning (L2 may be considered)
• Good understanding of parts order/store/issue processes and practices.
• Rate - £20 Per hour Plus Overtime & Call Out .

Included - Company Van (can be used for personal use - policy to be discussed at interview), Fuel Card, Phone, Tablet etc. Selected maintenance tools (hand tools not included)

25 Days annual leave per annum + bank holidays if not on call standby
