Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with expertise in kitchen and bathroom fittings to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and installing various fixtures and fittings to ensure the successful completion of kitchen and bathroom projects. Attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications to understand the scope of work and required materials.
• Select appropriate materials for kitchen and bathroom fittings.
• Accurately measure and cut materials according to project requirements.
• Assemble and install kitchen cabinets, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Install hardware such as handles, knobs, and hinges.
• Measure, cut, and install countertops, ensuring a precise fit.
• Install sinks and other fixtures into countertops.
• Lay and install... flooring materials, such as tiles or hardwood, in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Craft and install custom-built elements, including shelves, storage units, and other carpentry components.
• Perform finish carpentry work, including the installation of trim, crown molding, and baseboards.
• Coordinate with other construction professionals, including plumbers and electricians, to ensure seamless integration of various components.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all fittings and installations meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns during the installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and any changes to the original project plan.

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in carpentry.
• Attention to detail and precision in measurements and installations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.”

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £31,000.00 per year
