• Battersea, South London
• Up to £33,500.00 (Depending on Experience)
• OTE of £44,500.00+ with uncapped additional earnings through upsell (Tyres, Service Plans, KDS, etc.)
• 45 hours per week + Saturdays on a rota (1 in 4 or 5 Saturdays)

We are currently working with a prestigious and well-respected Manufacturer-Owned Car Dealership in South London. They are looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their dedicated and dynamic aftersales team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our client’s aftersales department, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at every... touchpoint. Your role will be key in building strong relationships with customers, advising on vehicle maintenance, managing service appointments, and offering additional services and products.
Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
• Greeting customers and handling their service bookings in a professional, friendly manner
• Advising customers on the required maintenance and repair work for their vehicles
• Promoting and selling additional aftersales services such as service plans, tyres, and other add-ons to maximise revenue
• Liaising between the workshop and the customer, keeping them informed on the progress of their vehicle
• Managing all relevant documentation, ensuring all details are recorded accurately in the system
• Ensuring all customers receive a high-quality service experience, addressing any concerns they may have with empathy and professionalism
• Working closely with the Service Manager and Workshop Team to meet departmental goals
The ideal Service Advisor will have experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership, ideally in a prestige or luxury brand environment. You will need to be customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the aftersales process. A passion for delivering an outstanding service, alongside the ability to upsell services and products, will set you apart.
