Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Our Client, is a reputable, established and independent Lloyd's Broker, with a strong reputation within the London Market.
There is now a brand new position, within the companies thriving North American Property & Casualty Division, where you will be working closely with Brokers to ensure the effective and smooth placement of risks.
Role Responsibilities
• Responsible for working collaboratively with Brokers, Underwriters and Client’s
• Production of client and market documentation inclusive of MRC Slips and Endorsements etc
• Liaising with other internal teams to ensure all work is carried out in line with company policies and procedures
• Assisting with the closing of premiums
• Keeping all relevant in-house systems and worksheets up to date in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparing, attending and contributing to internal meetings
About you
• 4 + years experience within a technical position... for a Lloyd’s Broker
• Experienced in creating MRC Slips and Endorsements (or processing documentation)
• Experienced in dealing with North American Property Risks (US or Canada)
• Open Market and/or Binding Authority exposure essential
• Ability to pay acute attention to detail
• Extensive technical knowledge in placement and coverage
• First class communication and interpersonal skills
• Methodical approach and team player
