Position: Senior Associate/Partner - Family Law

Location: Mayfair, London

Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus incentives

PQE: Minimum 6 years

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (flexible remote working available)

Hunter Savage is partnering with a highly regarded boutique law firm, recognised by the Legal 500, to recruit a Senior Associate or Partner for their expanding Family Law team based in Mayfair, London. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial legal professional who wants to work with high-net-worth clients and grow a successful practice with full support from the firm.

The Role:
• Act as a trusted advisor for high-net-worth individuals on complex family law matters including divorce, financial disputes, and child arrangements.
• Take an entrepreneurial approach to business development, with full support from the firm in marketing and client growth strategies.
• Lead and mentor junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and... client-focused working environment.
• Enjoy bonus incentives for achieving above-target billable hours, as well as the opportunity to work flexibly, with hybrid remote working on your chosen days.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 6 years PQE in Family Law, ideally within a reputable firm.
• Strong experience managing high-value and complex cases, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
• A proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Enthusiastic about contributing to the growth and success of a dynamic boutique firm.
