As such to accommodate this growth they are currently seeking a talented Structured Finance and Derivatives Lawyer to join there London office. They are specifically looking for England & Wales Qualified lawyers with 2+ years of post-qualification experience, exceptional academic records, and a background in structured finance and derivatives law, preferably from a top-ranked international firm.
Position Overview:
As a Structured Finance and Derivatives Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in the finance practice group, focusing on a wide range of structured finance and derivatives matters. You will collaborate with experienced attorneys, provide expert legal advice, and deliver top-tier legal... support to clients in the financial industry.
Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on structured finance and derivatives transactions, including securitisations, structured products, and complex derivatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate structured finance and derivatives agreements and documentation.
• Conduct legal research, prepare opinions, and provide strategic advice on structured finance and derivatives matters.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues on intricate financial transactions.
• Stay updated on changes in structured finance and derivatives law, regulations, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellence in service.
Qualifications:
• England & Wales Qualified lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Exceptional academic records, preferably from a top-ranked international law firm.
• Background in structured finance and derivatives law, with a focus on securitisations, structured products, and complex derivatives.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillls.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
