Job Descrption
The E-commerce Key Account Manager will be responsible to establish the optimised digital product portfolio strategies, and to deliver annual growth for digital business for the responsible countries
Establish a good working relationship with key stakeholders to drive sustainable growth of both sales and distribution.
To have effective communication with internal functions for the implementation of business plans.
Duties & Responsibilities: -
• Develop sales and expand product distribution & NPD.
• Build long-term working relationships with the key stakholders.
• Identify effective and beneficial sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
• Feedback of customer opportunities and plan inititives.
• Make connection with potential new stakeholders.
• Provide support to meet our annual shipment sales target.
• Effectively monitor market situations and competitive activities & pricing.
• Plan and monitor trade activities implementations, and properly evaluate results.
• Represent the... brand in key trade customer meetings and events.
• Effectively communicate with other functions to execute and implement strategies and plans.
• Keep track and analyse sales & distribution performance.
• Safeguard the brand to ensure brand is not misrepresented in local market.

Education & Experience: -
• University degree level or equivalent, Business or Marketing related degree is an advantage.
• Must have proven sales experience in FMCG industry and e-commerce channels.
Requirements & Skills: -
• Permission to work in the UK and to travel in Europe.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Valid Driving licence to be able to drive in both UK and Europe.
• Good Microsoft Office skills for reports and analysis.
• Must be prepared to work flexible hours, even at weekends, with frequent travel.
• Highly motivated and self-driven.
• Customer driven with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
• Must be a team player across functions.
• Organized and disciplined.
• Excellent people skills, social and communication skills.
• Chinese food lover and keen to cook. Have good knowledge of the working kitchen is an advantage.
