We are working with a leading Strategic Land promoter who is looking to strengthen the team and appoint a Technical Engineer Director to handle their strategic land portfolio. The role is for a self-starter who is motivated, organised, and can drive outcomes and manage relationships, working alongside Directors with an awareness of both design and strategic planning. An engineering background is required, being programme focused and used to working with stakeholders, together with an ability to manage and implement project trackers and engage with external consultants while being commercially adept and timescale driven.
