The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic fleet administrator with previous experience in customer support.
The job role requires the candidate to work within our PCN and admin team processing tickets and responding to customer queries.
Additional duties will include updating driver and vehicle documentation on our systems.
Your main duties will include:
• Processing PCN's and Speeding fines through our partially automated system.
• Good computing and data entry skills.
• Making representations to issuing authorities via the Insight PCN system.
• Filing PE3 and PE2 for court proceedings.
• Liaising with other departments on repeat offenders.
• Dealing with queries via emails, tickets and telephone calls.
• Liaising with bailiff companies on a bi-weekly basis.
• Offering help and advice to customers regarding their PCN's.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for somebody with previous experience working with customers, and the ability to provide information and guidance to our drivers in a professional and caring manner.
