Join our dynamic team at Bestway and take charge of our London transport operations. As our Regional Transport Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our fleet runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Keep it legal. Ensure we're always compliant with regulations and industry standards.
• Manage the fleet. Oversee maintenance, repairs, and driver safety.
• Optimize operations. Find ways to improve our delivery routes and processes.
• Lead the team. Motivate and inspire your team to achieve great results.

What we're looking for:
• CPC Transport Management qualification. Essential for this role.
• Fleet management experience. A proven track record leading large fleets.
• Strong communication and leadership skills. The ability to inspire and motivate.
• Safety-focused mindset. A commitment to ensuring everyone's safety.
• Problem-solving skills. The ability to tackle challenges head-on.
• Technical... skills. Experience with fleet management software is a plus.
