We’re working exclusively with a market-leading boutique Digital Healthcare Consultancy in their search for a Managing Consultant (Director Level, one below Partner). This firm is renowned for its commitment to employee well-being and excellence in their work.

We’re keen to hear from individuals with prior experience in Digital Transformation or Digital Healthcare within a management consultancy. Specifically, we’re looking for those who have demonstrated a track record of actively contributing to revenue generation in these domains.
Your Essential Experience:
• 5+ years’ experience within Digital Healthcare consulting for a management consultancy
• Understanding of ICS (integrated care system)
• Experience with EPR implementations (electronic patient records)

Your role would be split into 4 key responsibilities:
• Managing Healthcare Projects and managing their implementation
• Managing a team
• Stakeholder management – building and maintaining relationships with clients

Your... Requirements:
• Experience within Management Consulting or other internal Healthcare environment
• Understanding of ICS (Integrated Care Systems)
• Comfortable to upskill and develop your colleagues
• Experience in designing and implementing new tech solutions to help clients operate more effectively
• 5+ years’ experience within Healthcare or Healthcare consulting
• Strong business development skills; contributing to revenue generation activities
