Requirements
Salary: Up to £24,360 (FTE £30,451) Depending on experience
Hours: 30 hours (FTE0.8)

The successful applicant will... become a member of the Quality Office, which manages the quality assurance and enhancement processes that are central to the maintenance of high academic standards and a positive student experience at ICMP. The Quality Officer role focuses on the monitoring and enhancement of programmes. This involves working with the Quality Manager to arrange the validation process for new programmes and the annual monitoring and programme review of existing programmes. You will have responsibility for overseeing the External Examiner system and for policy management. You will also be expected to service committees and to support as required the work of others in the Quality Office on student engagement and casework.
You are educated to degree level or equivalent work experience and have experience with office administration. Experience of working in Higher Education and in Quality Assurance is desirable, as is experience of scheduling and servicing formal meetings. You must have strong communication, interpersonal and IT skills. You may have an interest in contemporary music education.
