Job Descrption
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Content Creator to join our client's Marketing team 3 days a week.
You'll be working alongside the Marketing Lead and Content Marketing Manager to ideate and execute best-in-class social content to level up our client's social media presence.
You'll be a talented videographer, editor and creative storyteller who can contribute creative ideas and take responsibility for the entire process from conception to the shoot, as well as post production.
What you'll do...
• Shooting and editing high quality, original and social first content for social platforms, capturing 5 x Instagram Reels and 3 x TikTok videos per week.
• Planning and leading quarterly photo & video shoots for organic social and general Marketing use where required.
• Supporting the creative thinking for concepts for video-based social media content, in line with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Capturing behind-the-scenes content at the Veg Pad and conveying the... character of our team.
• Attending brand events and activations to capture content.
Who you are...
• Proven experience within relevant fields.
• Experience creating engaging, high-quality social media content, specifically for Instagram and TikTok
• Solid knowledge of working with video & photography, with proficiency with editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, AfterEfects, Premier Pro etc) to ensure high quality content
• Understanding of brand guidelines and how to deliver content consistent with brand personality & aesthetic
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and deadlines
• Confident collaborating in a team working with other designers, strategists and project managers
• Having a real eye for detail and a strong knowledge of the latest social trends, reactive opportunities, technologies and what makes for best-in-class content.
💸 Salary: £30,000 for the 3 days per week
🏡 Logistics: Paddington office with hybrid days (one of the three days can be WFH to use for editing / admin)
⏰ Hours: Part-time (3 days per week / 27 hours per week)
Although the standard office hours are 9am-6pm, the Content Creator will be required to attend events which may include occasional evening and weekend work where necessary
