Incredibly Elliot Rhodes turns 20 this year. With our flagship Covent Garden store, our stores in Japan, online store and our retailer network, we have established ourselves as one of the finest Beltmaking brands in the world yet we remain low key and under the radar.
We have a story to tell that most consumers have still never heard. That is where we need your help.
We are a very small team and want to bring in someone who can help craft, create and execute a digital marketing strategy that will establish Elliot Rhodes in the mind of consumers as the go-to brand for Belts and unique customer experience. We need you to inspire consumers to think differently about Belts and understand why they are so important as an expression of individuality and style.
This means understanding who we are and what we offer, coming up with a structured content... plan then creating content ideas and bringing that content to reality, delivering it through regular email marketing, social media, brand partnerships and even traditional press. This same content we would also want to be versatile for use as part of our our paid content strategy.
We have someone in house who, following your direction, will assist with content creation. Equally we would expect to use freelancers for photoshoots and anything more technical.
This is a wide ranging role that will suit a multi faceted, versatile individual. You will work with and report directly to the creative director/founder but will not be micro managed, instead given great latitude to take projects and run with them. Your success will be measured by growth in Online sales as well as social visibility.
What experience & Skills do we expect?
You will bring at least 3 years genuine professional experience either in-house or working for an agency and a proven track record of growing brands and revenues. You will have a great command of the English language and be a hard worker comfortable working to deadlines. You will be someone who is results driven.
Knowledge of Photoshop, Video editing software, Klaviyo/E-mail marketing software , social media tools will be vital. Knowledge of Shopify useful but not essential.
The details
This is a permanent part time role - 3 days per week based at our office in Fulham, London. Some virtual working possible but this is predominantly an in person role to benefit from interaction with the founders.
Salary £21K for 3 days per week (Equivalent to £35K for full time role)
