Wargame Designer - Global Defence & Security
£55,000 to £65,000 Negotiable Dependant on Experience (Bonus and Share Scheme)
Hybrid working/either Surrey or Lancashire offices, UK
A leading global defence, security and Aerospace Company has an exciting new role for a Wargame Designer. They are seeking a keen gamer who can design Wargames for analytical purposes, understand the interplay of rule set, scenario, adjudication and participant behaviour, and can articulate the view of future best practices in wargaming.
As a Wargame Designer, you will join them on a part-time or full-time basis. focused, methodical yet creative; Familiarity with Defence and academic research will be well-regarded.
As a full-timer, you can expect to be involved in other projects in customer-facing teams depending upon your research and analysis skill-set:
• Operational Research & Analysis
• Data Insights & Dashboards
• in person and in writing.

Must have current or be able to clear Security Clearance.
