Mode Club West London is looking to recruit an experience Nutritionist on a full-time basis.

The successful individual will be responsible for supporting our membership of all age groups, delivering individualised nutritional advice. The individual will work closely with our customers, to enhance their nutritional strategies.

Reasons for offering nutritional advice may include: Weight management/obesity, Diabetes, Children nutrition and faltering growth, Cardiovascular disease, Nutrition support, Allergy/food intolerance, Gastro intestinal disorders, including IBS and nutritional deficiencies.

A key part of the role will be ongoing development of the Club-wide nutrition philosophy, ensuring it links with the physical programmes and aligns to the needs of the members.

This is an exciting new opportunity and as such we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong knowledge and passion for all areas of Diet and Nutrition within a medical/clinical setting.

Based at the... club in West London, the right candidate will also possess excellent communication skills as well as proven track record in providing impeccable customer service. Full availability to support the operational hours is essential so schedules will cover hours Monday-Sunday between 06.30am to 10pm.

Main duties will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and at times be required to support the Fitness team dealing with customer queries.
• Provide general advice and guidance to our customers.

The successful applicants must have:
• At least 5 years’ experience of working in Nutrition within a medical or clinical setting
• Good communication skills
• Passion, enthusiasm and empathy
• Experience in providing a high standard of customer service.
• Ability to work to a flexible monthly rota (included BH and weekends
