Hourly Rate: £18-£22
Day Shifts
Full-Time Hours

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our client's beautiful Nursing Home. The ideal candidate will be a qualified RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) with a passion for providing exceptional care to older adults and individuals with dementia. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
• RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin
• Proven experience working with older adults and individuals with dementia
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of relevant... health and safety regulations and procedures

Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to older adults and individuals with dementia
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician's orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and assess residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel
• Educate and support residents and their families on health-related issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation
