Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6) - West Middlesex Hospital Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6)

Salary: £21 - £24 per hour
Are you a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6) seeking a locum position? Provide advice on medication dosage and form, participate in ward rounds, and collaborate with medical staff.
Discus treatments with patients, their relatives, community pharmacists, and GPs is also part of the role.
We are looking for an experienced and highly Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6) with:
• Master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm).
• Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience.
• Competitive pay rate: £21 - £24 per hour.
