Job Descrption

The Supervisor is a key member of our KIKO Milano team, responsible for driving customer experience, sales, and business performance in the store. As a KIKO Ambassador, they will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

People Management:
• Coach and support the team to deliver exceptional customer service and business results.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on products, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

Customer Experience / Business Management:
• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase brand loyalty.
• Prioritize tasks and initiatives to maximize impact on business goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies... procedures, and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.

Procedures & Policies Execution:
• Ensure that all store procedures and policies are followed, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management.
• Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience in a similar field (Beauty or Fashion).
• Knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Leadership abilities.
• Sales and merchandising knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility in work hours.
• Passion for cosmetics and beauty products
