iMile is a leading logistics and delivery company operating across multiple countries. We specialize in last-mile delivery solutions, helping businesses streamline their operations and enhance customer satisfaction. As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic Procurement Executive to support our procurement activities, ensuring the efficient purchasing of goods and services in line with iMile's procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with UK logistics operations and industry ecosystem, with extensive depot resource connections, responsible for introducing and validating backend logistics resource strategies.

2. Experience in logistics (including customs clearance, sorting/last-mile delivery/overseas warehouses) and procurement tendering for logistics services is preferred.

3. Excellent communication skills, able to maintain good clarity and coordination in logistics; strong planning, coordination, and ability to handle pressure.

4. Bachelor's degree or above... with English as the working language.

5. More than three years of experience in last-mile delivery management in the UK, with experience in logistics service procurement preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing Management: Responsible for sourcing strategies and mapping for UK logistics/overseas warehouse suppliers, collaborating with internal departments to develop logistics solutions, and addressing major logistics anomalies during delivery.

2. Cost Management: Control various logistics costs through tendering and supplier negotiations, meeting business requirements.

3. Project Assurance: Responsible for purchasing services related to UK logistics and overseas warehouses, completing relevant project tenders, leading logistics supplier qualification processes, managing supplier price control, and drafting and signing logistics contracts.

4. Supplier Relationship Management: Manage communication with suppliers, handling issues and abnormalities during the supply process
