Short description:

Are you passionate about empowerment and positivity? We are currently looking for a creative retail manager to work in our flagship store in Waterloo. Our boutique store has doubled in size and we require a person who has a love for clothing and alternative styles. We are looking for someone with creativity to bring a new flair to the shop and focus on creating a community around it.

On a day to day basis, you’ll be responsible for representing the brands to customers. A key part of this role will be to define our Waterloo store as the ‘go to’ shop. You’ll be responsible for building creative flare in the store experience that makes our customers... want to come back and stay longer.

Your job role will include:
• * Create an exciting store experience (how to make our flagship store fun and engaging). This will include visual merchandising, thinking of how to creatively use space..
• Looking for new and creative ways to promote the shop
• Serving customers
• Assisting with store stock deliveries
• Replenishing the stock and helping out to keep the correct stock levels
• Merchandising stock & displaying product
• Keeping the shop tidy and assisting with other cleaning duties
• Packing and dispatching online orders
• Basic administrative duties

Within this role you will be responsible for day to day retail duties as well as organising and implementing our community activities.

Additional Information:

Hours: (Full Time-5 Days) - The day is 10:30-19:00. You will be required to work Saturdays (10:30-17:00) & get 1 day off in the week.

Wage: To be discussed and dependent on experience.
