Khalsa Schoolwear is one of the UK's leading Schoolwear Specialist Retailers based in London. We are looking for a proactive and charismatic assistant retail manager to join our Bethnal Green team on a part time or permanent basis. Full training provided.

You will be responsible for the general running of the shop floor and online team. You will ensure that sales targets are achieved and customer service is at its highest level. Working within a small and friendly retail team where everyone looks out for each other, teamwork and the ability to build relationships are key to this role. You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team and maintaining an active and pleasant atmosphere in the store at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
• To ensure and provide an excellent level of customer service at all times.
• To lead, train and manage your in-store team to ensure in-store customers are served professionally, efficiently and in a way that maximises sales.
• To lead, train... and manage your online team to ensure customers orders are processed accurately and quickly and that online processes are strictly adhered to.
• To liaise and communicate with our clients as well as customer professionally in person, by phone and via email.
• Responsible for stock management (deliveries, inventory checks, barcoding etc.)

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
