Now 3INA is expanding in Superdrug around UK&IRE and we are looking for part time and full time Beauty Advisors.

We have vacancies in Londond North Central areas within the following Superdrug stores:
• Superdrug Cadmen – 12hours contracted – fully flexible.
• Superdrug Strand – 10 hours contracted – fully flexible.
• Superdrug Marble arch – 12hours contracted – fully flexible.

The Role

As a 3INA Beauty Sales Advisor you champion our brand into Superdrug store. You will share your knowledge and inspire customers with your advice and guidance and take pride knowing you are building a love brand.

Your main responsibilities
• You will strive to achieve and exceed personal sales goals, brand KPIs and sales targets.
• You will represent the brand at all times by wearing 3INA products and adhering to... grooming guidelines.
• You will deliver impeccable customer service and a memorable customer experience, inspiring, and educating our customers daily in store.
• Maintain store quality and merchandising, including appearance and cleanliness of fixtures, following merchandising guidelines and ensure on shelf product availability.

You will do in the 3INA way:
• You will create brand awareness by connecting with customers on and away from counter and demonstrating our products.
• You should be approachable, friendly and thrive working to create a positive environment with your colleagues and your customers.
• You will develop positive relationships with retailer department store managers.
• You will champion the creative freedom of the brand, and you are eager to learn and pass your knowledge onto all your customers.
• You will work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to adapt to changes at the last minute to support you colleagues.
• We need your flexibility to work during retail hours.

Qualifications:
• We highly value if you have experience with other beauty/makeup brands in a fast-paced, target-driven, customer-facing environment.
• We highly value if you have formal makeup training, although this is not essential.
• A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
• An approachable and friendly personality
• Confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs to best cater to them
• Flexible availability across days/hours.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country
• Strong organizational skills and good time management.

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
