Our boutique style investment business works in partnership with our financial advisers, across several international jurisdictions to create and deliver a first-class client advice proposition as well as innovative investment solutions, tailored to suit our client’s investment objectives. We have an impressive range of inhouse investment solutions covering MPS, DPS and SICAV funds. Aria is also a regulated mortgage broker in the UK and Dubai.
As a rapidly growing holistic financial services business, Aria has invested in digital market capabilities to help generate new business and has recently launched its market leading proprietary client portal. Our advisory sales team is pivotal to winning and retaining business therefore it is imperative that you are recognised as providing excellent service and product knowledge while acting as a brand... ambassador.
We are firstly looking for a senior advisor to head our UK advisory offering where you will be promoting the full suite of advice lead solutions and the benefits of our Centralised Investment Proposition. In addition we would welcome applications from ambitious advisors who are looking to join a more entrepreneurial firm who would like to grow their careers.
You will be able to demonstrate that you're highly motivated, articulate and enjoy developing strong client relationships.
Primary Job Functions
• Meeting clients to build, maintain and develop relationships.
• Representing the company brand and its many advice and investment lead propositions
• Building and developing new relationships with prospective clients and professional connections
• Becoming a key point of contact for all financial advisers across our international business as a representative of the UK business aiding cross selling and relocation
• Establishing a joint business plan for the region with management
• Implementing new sales and marketing campaigns for the region
• Helping with product development
• Delivering training our existing adviser base to increase product knowledge
• Providing an exceptional level of client service
• Use our CRM system (data, dashboards, and capability) to segment your client base to ensure time is spent targeting and developing the right clients and prospects.
• Constantly seeking new opportunities to develop the UK business.
• Share best practice and contribute feedback to help with continuous improvement.
• Attend and support adviser and industry conferences and other events, as required.
• Constantly improve product and industry knowledge
Specific Requirements
• Exceptional sales skills and industry knowledge and qualified to a minimum of Level 4 Diploma or better
• Product and investment platform knowledge
• Existing client book of business with a recurring income model
• High quality interpersonal skills
• Strong relevant IT knowledge
• High quality well-written communications
• Attention to detail.
• Highly organised and able to work efficiently and effectively as an individual but also as a team player.
