We're expanding in the USA and looking for a passionate, driven Junior Sales Representative - to join our remote team. If you're eager to make a meaningful impact by helping companies unlock leadership excellence, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with scaling startups ready to invest in their leadership.
- Sales Outreach: Use a mix of personalized emails, social media... calls, and video outreach to connect with decision-makers, share our mission, and pitch our leadership bootcamps.
- Build Relationships: Create strong, authentic connections with clients in the tech, life sciences, and consulting sectors. You'll be their trusted advisor, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that foster leadership and team success.
- Manage Your Sales Pipeline: Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. You'll use tools like CRM systems to keep things organized and moving forward.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our Founders teams to bring new ideas to the table and refine our messaging in the UK/ U.S. market.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales (B2B or SaaS is a bonus!), with a passion for building meaningful connections and helping businesses thrive and a proven track record. Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred. An MBA would be a significant advantage.
- Communication Skills: You're a natural storyteller, able to connect with others, listen deeply, and articulate the value of our programs with confidence and care.
- Drive: You're self-motivated, resourceful, and energized by hitting goals and exceeding expectations. You enjoy the process of learning, adapting, and pushing boundaries.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, video) to stay organized and engage with prospects.
- Team Player: While you'll work independently, you'll always be part of a supportive, collaborative team that believes in sharing ideas and celebrating success together.
