• Position:Front of House Coordinator
• Location:Ealing, London
• Pay Rate:£15.00 per hour
• Hours:45 hours per week
• Shifts:Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 17:30
Job Requirements:
• Experience in high end corporate reception, 5* star rating organisation would be preferred.
• SIA Licence required
• Meeting and greeting clients in reception. Providing a warm 5-star greeting Ensuring clients, visitors and contractors receive excellent service and treatment.
• To ensure guests and visitors are given an excellent standard of greeting and care whilst in the building.
• To ensure that all business needs are met, and that the companys reputation is enhanced through the provision of exemplary reception, customer... service and client and customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
• To be articulate and well informed and to ensure that clients and visitors needs pre-empted, meet and exceed expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for anyone coming into the Management Suite and reception area Actively welcome visitors to the building helping and informing them of building regulations, layout, regulations and facilities.
• To take responsibility for and sign in all visitors, staff and contractors; ensuring support is followed up to a level if possible, exceeding their expectations.
• To communicate professionally and as a representative of the shopping centre providing a 5-star service standard.
• Making every Guest /Visitor feel that their enquiry/reason or visit is important and has been dealt with speedily and efficiently.
• To take responsibility for the efficient running of reception, contractor enquiries and all work permits and ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with professionalism and assignment-based knowledge.
• To portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour always, using open and appropriate body language.
• Fire alarm testing follow ups, Fire alarm disablement form completion, ensure reinstatement at the time stated on the form
• Issuing of radios to staff.
• Rope barriers to be placed between reception desk and wall to stop people from directly going to the control room window.
• Being an ambassador for Ealing Broadway and CIS always demonstrate a positive can do and solutions-based approach while working with other site-based service partners at the centre.
• To be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of your allocated area including filing and next shift preparation.
• To efficiently report any maintenance, IT or Health & Safety concerns to the relevant departments.
• Support the Security Manager with administration duties for all Security related requirements
• To record all items of lost property during office hours, reconcile all Lost Property entries at month end and provide analysis for the Security manager
• To support Centre Management with any reasonable request.
• To be the main point of contact within the Management Office catering to all requests and queries in an appropriate and timely manner.
• To maintain and actively utilise a portfolio of information to assist with client queries, such as transport, restaurants and shops.
• To assist in any other reasonable duties as required, requested by the CIS leadership team
