To support National Coordinator for Economic Crime achieving the Portfolio vision for every police force and ROCU in England and Wales to have an effective and appropriate response for the management, disposal and realisation of assets recovered through police investigations and Proceeds of Crime enquiries.
Vetting level required: MV/SC
Location: Guildhall Yard East/Hybrid
Salary: £48,390 + £6,710 London Weighting + £200 London Weighting Supplement *pay award pending*
Description Of Department
The NPCC CoLP Economic Crime Portfolio focuses on asset recovery and money laundering. The aim is to enhance the law enforcement response by improving skills, capacity, and technology to prevent, detect, and disrupt money laundering activities through the national coordinators office... Work with various agencies, including the, Home Office, National Economic Crime Centre (NECC) and Regional Organised Crime Units (ROCUs), to ensure a coordinated approach.
The application and interview will be tested under Level 3 of the College of Policing Competency and Values Framework.
