Job Descrption
JNC are working with a globally recognised organisation that are looking to expand its EUC team and bring on a talented Senior EUC Engineer.
The Senior EUC Engineer will ensure the efficient operation of all End User Computing systems. This will incorporate Project, BAU and service improvement.
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days a week in the office.
On Call: Every 2 months you would be on call for out of hours and weekends.
Responsibilities:
• Provide 3rd line EUC support
• Support systems that cover Security patching, Monitoring, Disaster Recovery and Backups.
• Manage and support Server builds.
• Promote and adhere to Service Managements processes.
• Help with the deployment and support of new EUC services.
Experience:
• Over 3 years in a Senior EUC role
• Strong knowledge and experience of EUC, to include Windows OS, M365, endpoint management and security
• Experience with VDI on prem and cloud
• Strong skills with... Windows Server
• Strong skills with Active Directory and ideally Exchange
• Skills with SQL Server.
• Experience supporting Citrix, SCCM, Intune, VMware etc
• Experience supporting cloud based technologies (Citrix Cloud, Azure or AWS)
• Experience supporting Backup technologies.
