Overview: Full Stack Magento Developer

They are forming a new web development team and actively seeking a skilled Full Stack Magento Developer to play a pivotal role in optimising their eCommerce channel, particularly in the expanding US market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the eCommerce channel on Magento 2
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks
• Assist in migrating to... Hyva themes and redeveloping the Stripe payment integration module
• Drive enhancements to product pages, search functionality, and the checkout process
• Optimise user experience for specific markets
• Upgrade to Magento 2.4.6 and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to the team’s best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of front-end development experience
• Proficiency in Magento 2 and eCommerce development
• Knowledge of relational databases, specifically MySQL
• Skills in PHP, MVC application structure, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Familiarity with caching in M2, including Redis, Varnish, and Fastly
