Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge is an award-winning, vibrant salon located in South Croydon.

Recognised for our attention to detail, exceptional hygiene standards, and outstanding guest care, we’re proud winners of the Best Guest Experience Award every year since 2016, and have been voted Best Nail Salon and Most Wanted Salon in London.

We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced and dedicated Beauty Therapist who specialises in Male & Female Intimate Waxing.

About the Role:

As a Beauty Therapist specialising in Male & Female Intimate Waxing, you will deliver high-quality waxing treatments in a comfortable, hygienic, and professional environment. You will ensure that each guest receives a personalised experience and leaves feeling confident, pampered, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver intimate waxing treatments... for male and female guests, including Hollywood, Brazilian, and other body waxing services with precision and care.

- Provide exceptional guest care, ensuring they feel at ease and fully informed throughout their treatments.

- Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments along with aftercare advice.

- Maintain impeccable hygiene standards, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and treatment areas are spotless.

- Build strong guest relationships, encouraging rebooking and fostering loyalty.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and continue professional development through in-house and external training.

- Create an inviting, welcoming atmosphere in line with company standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Beauty Therapist, with specific expertise in intimate waxing for both men and women.

- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent (essential).

- Confident in male intimate waxing, including Hollywood, Brazilian, chest, and back waxing.

-Passionate about delivering high-quality treatments and enhancing the guest experience.

- Strong attention to detail with a deep understanding of hygiene protocols.

- Excellent communication skills, delivering friendly, empathetic service.

- Discretion and professionalism, ensuring guests feel comfortable during intimate treatments.

- Additional skills in facials, massage, natural nail care, or lash lifts are a bonus.

Pay: £29,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
