Overview of Core responsibilities:
The role of receptionist is a vital role to ensure the patients coming in to our clinic have a first class customer care experience and leave wanting to recommend OCL to their friends and family. As a... Receptionist of our flagship clinic in central London and brand new facility in Kensington, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors.
Typical duties include offering administrative support across the organization to ensure the smooth running of the clinic. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and ensure each person visiting leaves feeling well looked after and cared for as an individual. This role requires you to demonstrate the highest of customer care skills that will enhance our patient experience.
Necessary Skills:
To be successful as a receptionist, you should have a bubbly personality, as this is a first line customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining systems and processes. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Demonstrate our core OCL values of trust, teamwork and excellence
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the clinic
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary refreshments, stationery and materials
· Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (visitor logbook and badges)
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
· Support the admin and clinical team with administrative duties as needed
· Prepare the clinic/theatre notes
· Make sure all patients are registered with as much information as possible
· Book surgery and follow up appointments as required
· Invoice patients and take payments

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
