A global leader in the Management Consulting space is seeking a Real Estate Assistant Manager to join their Assets Advisory practice, focusing on Defence and Government clients. This role offers market leading training and development, complex and intellectually challenging projects, direct interaction with senior level decision makers, and fast track progression through the business. The team serves as strategic advisors and delivery partners for real estate, facilities, and headquarters related challenges for corporate, financial services, and public sector clients, with a specific focus on Defence and Security and Central Government clients. Examples of engagements include developing estates and asset management strategy, defining CRE and FM strategy, procurement and commercial transformation, establishing new operating models, reviewing international facilities management contracts, and supporting head office relocations. Key requirements include a background in complex... Infrastructure or Real Estate related transformation, evidence of high performance, stakeholder management, project and program management across Capital Projects and Real Estate, public sector commercial and procurement experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
