Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Summary

Are you a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for retail marketing and visual storytelling? I'm currently partnered with an extremely well-known retail brand in Bracknell who are looking for a Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager to join their team and lead their efforts in delivering a compelling, first-class customer experience in over 450 stores internationally!

Working closely with the Marketing Controller and leading a small team you'll lead the development and execution of store marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, enhance the in-store experience, drive footfall and ensure their brand is consistently and effectively communicated.

The successful candidate will have retail marketing and visual merchandising experience, confident it leading store marketing internationally. If this sounds like you - apply today as we'll be interviewing ASAP!

• Hybrid working, 3 days office (2 days office, 1 in-store)

Salary & Benefits
• £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
• 23 days holiday (rises with service), pension, private medical, staff discount on products, free parking on-site
