Intermediate (Midweight) Designer (Portland Design)

Full-Time

The Intermediate (Midweight) Designer will work closely with teams, supporting the provision of research, design and delivery of strategies for making exciting neighbourhoods.

Planning diagrams for sustainable size and placement of commercial space and use-recommendations that are designed around the identified needs or differing user types.

Documentation with diagrammatic information on principles and illustrative benchmarking that helps inform the Client’s planning and elevational drawings.

Public realm activation of shop-spill-out and delivery programming lists for event spaces.

Retail/F&B/Brand Experience.
• Architectural / master planning background.
• Abilitytotake ownership of projectswith supervision.
• Decision-making autonomy and ability to work remotely.
• 3+ years of experience within the creative industry, preferably in an interdisciplinary designer role, with the ability to work in a fast-paced... environment.

Proficiency with the following software:

SketchUp and/or Rhino(Necessary)

Revit (Optional)
