Sub800 is an innovative workspace provider focused on creating seamless, modern office environments. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Commercial Office Cleaner to help maintain our spaces and ensure they are always welcoming and clean for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
• Empty bins and ensure rubbish is disposed of properly.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and report when they are running low.
• Report any damages or replacement needs to the supervisor.
• Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within the required timeframes.
• Use an app to log cleaning tasks.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work under the supervision of a designated supervisor to ensure quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a cleaner, particularly in a... commercial office setting, is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Physical stamina for cleaning tasks
• Time management skills
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
• Willingness to follow safety protocols
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours (afternoon/evening shifts)
