The Numbers teams enable our customers to configure their SaaS and telecom products through our web portal and automate their workflow through our REST API and SDKs.

What You’ll Do:

Our product development teams are responsible for developing orchestration, integration, and automation tools that power global communications applications. We’re looking for software development managers who will drive design and development on these teams. 

• Attract and retain great people
• Grow developers into reliable decision-makers who are personally accountable for their deliverables to help them reach their potential
• Inspire growth and positive change on your team with empathy and humility
• Challenge assumptions and giving your team room to make mistakes and grow from them
• Connect your team to people and resources that will enhance their ability to accomplish their missions, across multiple time zones

What You’ll Need

We have opportunities in our teams for developers at all levels. As an example, people currently in this role typically have:

• 4+ years of experience in delivering software solutions in a modern programming language (such as Java, C#, or JavaScript)
• 2+ years leading or managing software development teams
• Proven track record of solving complex problems and navigating ambiguity
• Proven ability to influence your team toward making sound technical decisions
• Experience in agile processes, continuous integration, and test automation

Little Extra From You

Wow, it’d be really great if also:

• You have experience managing remote team members across global time zones
• You have a visible presence in the dev community (OSS contributions, for example)
• You have experience with cloud technologies (AWS in particular for extra points)
• You have experience with front-end technologies (React or Angular for extra points)
