Job Descrption

We are seeking dedicated online English teachers to teach adult learners in a dynamic, fully remote
environment. As part of a rapidly growing operation, there will be career development opportunities
for exceptional teachers in areas such as teacher management and materials development.
Pay rate increases according to ongoing performance, with regular evaluations to ensure both teacher
and learner satisfaction.

Requirements:
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
Tech-savvy, with experience using online teaching platforms.
Excellent time management and punctuality.
Professional attire and a clean, distraction-free background are mandatory during lessons
Available for lessons mostly 8:00-18:00 CET
Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one lessons with learners, allowing you to collaborate directly with each
student to plan lessons based on their individual needs.
Monitor student... progress and provide after-class feedback.
Maintain structured lesson plans and work towards student goals.

Qualifications

Celta, Trinity Cert Tesol, TEFL, degree in English literature or related field
DELTA, MA TESOL
