Skills
• Native or near-native pronunciation
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong commitment to responsibility
• Experience in English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL) preferred
• High-speed internet connection
• Access to a HD camera and microphone
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality English lessons to students
• Build strong relationships with students to enhance learning outcomes
• Collaborate closely with associates to receive feedback and support
• Maintain a stable and fixed schedule for student pairing
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• TEFL/TESOL/CETL or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 6 months fixed schedule commitment required
