Responsibilities
• Work with the Food and Beverage – Conference Services team to ensure a positive experience for guests
• Meet room setup requirements, including maintenance and teardown
• Deliver coffee break services
• Support outlet serving staff during slower periods by taking orders and operating POS systems
• Clean outlet areas and answer guest inquiries about food, beverage offerings, hotel services, and local area

• Passion for hospitality and customer service
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
